RDP & low-cost housing

Housing at scale

Around 420 units were completed across Parys, Bethlehem and Frankfort in the Free State, and a further 120 across the Capricorn district of Limpopo. Homes were completed with indoor plumbing, ceilings, electrical reticulation and paint.

Commercial refurbishment

Old Mutual branch network

Renovation, maintenance and upgrades to Old Mutual offices across three provinces — Gauteng, Mpumalanga and Limpopo. Work ranged from minor maintenance to complete refurbishment of the facility.

Branches refurbished include Mokopane, Polokwane, Elim, Tzaneen, Louis Trichardt, Thohoyandou and Jane Furse in Limpopo; Middelburg and Nelspruit in Mpumalanga; and the Vaal offices in Vereeniging and the Sandton offices in Gauteng.

Sports & public facilities

Stadium maintenance

Maintenance of the Wanderers cricket stadium in Johannesburg and the Alexandra soccer stadium in Alexandra township, along with the Mangaung Stadium Olympic swimming pool upgrade in 2013.

We are an experienced roofing contractor. This installation was carried out for a client who wanted to keep the thatch roof of the house, but also wanted a plywood ceiling installed beneath it.
