We design, facilitate and implement effective methods and approaches for the successful development of projects and businesses. This is carried out in conjunction with business partners, to secure and successfully implement public and private sector projects in construction, property development, and the design and implementation of urban development programmes.
We source strategic resources, forge vital partnerships, and manage and co-ordinate professional and consulting services in the pursuit of company growth and wealth creation.

Honey Bee Construction, through its own contracts, investments and partnerships, has implemented and been associated with the following.
Around 420 RDP units completed across Parys, Bethlehem and Frankfort in the Free State, and 120 units in the Capricorn district of Limpopo — the latter delivered five months ahead of programme.
Upgrading of the Olympic swimming pool at Mangaung Stadium (2013) and the maintenance, upgrading and renovation of the Free State Emergency College in Bloemfontein (2014).
Associated, through investments and partnerships, with the construction of phase one of the Gautrain development, the supply of construction materials for large-scale RDP housing and roads projects, and cost-effective house-building technologies for RDP housing.
